Product Information

We always try to provide the most accurate description of our products for your full satisfaction. Unfortunately, depending on your internet browsers or monitors, some images or colour might differ from the finished products.

Product Availability

All the products available on the website are subject to the availability at the time of the order. Sashams reserves the right to vary at any time the quantity and/or the models that may be purchased on the site. You will be informed if the product requested is not available.

Placing An Order

You can choose to use our guest checkout to place an order or you can create an account during purchase. By creating an account you will be able to track the status of your order and return items, update your profile information and checkout faster for future orders.

When you place an order to purchase a product from our website, Sashams will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to Sashams to purchase our products which is only accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. Please note all orders are subject to product availability. All prices listed are correct at the time of entering the information, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

This contract is legally binding when you have placed an order, your order has been accepted by Sashams and an email confirmation has been sent to you. Sashams will retain the title in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by Sashams. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider STRIPE via a secured connection. Please retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Please add shop@sashams.com to your address book to ensure our emails do not end up in your spam and get in touch with us via email if you do not receive our emails.

When shipped outside the UAE, Sashams’ items may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. The shipping courier will invoice these upon delivery and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties or taxes.

You must not use this site if you are under the age of 18 without the consent of your parent or guardian who must read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation by Us

Please note that there are cases when your order cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse and cancel your order (or part thereof) for any reason at our discretion at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional information or verifications, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. We reserve the right to remove or edit content at our sole discretion at any time.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.

Cancellation by You

If you decide to modify or cancel the submitted order, you should promptly contact our customer service at shop@sashams.com. Cancellation or modification of your order is within our sole discretion and cannot be guaranteed. If the product has already been sent, the order may no longer be cancelled. In this case please refer to our return policy. 

Products bought on sale are non-exchangeable / non-refundable.

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

We always take extra care in packaging your items. Every item is checked manually before being sent to you. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please contact our customer service immediately via email shop@sashams.com. Except where required by law, you must return any damaged goods within 7 days of receiving your order.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, postage and handling fee, and other fees via the original method of payment.

If you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned items, at our cost. Please note that we will not cover the postage and handling fee of returned items unless they are found to be defective.

Coupon Code

Official Sashams coupon/promotional codes entitle you to a promotional offer on your online order from shop.sashams.com. To utilize your coupon code, click the “apply” button on the shopping bag or checkout and enter the specific code.
